Kosovo Sustainable Development Week (KSDW) is an annual event for sustainable development, which promotes green economy, stable social setting and protection of environment in the Western Balkans region. Since 2018, KSDW has offered a wide range of activities within its programme which encompassed political and technical discussions, creative activities with youth, workshops, etc. Similarly, this edition will provide a variety of activities under the main theme of Green Agenda for Western Balkans (WB6)1.
The 5th edition will take place from 30st of May until 10th of June 2022. Starting from 31 of May until 02 June, KSDW will organize 3 conference days on decarbonization, circular economy, sustainable agriculture and protection of biodiversity. From 05th until 10th of June, the programme of KSDW will be dedicated entirely to side events which can be organized by partnering organization and outside organizations interested to be part of the programme.
KSDW is a joint initiative organized by Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Ministry of Regional Development, EU Special Representative, GIZ Kosova, Institute for Development Policy (INDEP) and Balkan Green Foundation (BGF).
