Në vijim të diskutimit mbi marrëveshjen e gjelbër, në lidhje me prioritetet që duhet të ketë Kosova, Arben Kllokoqi, ekspert i energjisë elektrike në Bordin e Rregullatorit të Komunitetit të Energjisë tha se është sfidë në vete të renditni përparësitë që Kosova duhet të ketë.
Sidoqoftë, ai deklaroi që të gjitha palët kontraktuese do t'i dorëzojnë planet e tyre Sekretariatit deri në fund të vitit. ECRB pret që vendet të paraqesin drafte të planeve në të cilat vetë synimet janë të nxitura nga vetë shtetet.
Dardan Abazi vazhdoi diskutimin si përfaqësues i shoqërisë civile duke ndarë perspektivat e shoqërisë civile mbi marrëveshjen e gjelbër.

Following up on the discussion on the green deal, in regard to the priorities that Kosovo should have, Arben Kllokoqi, electricity expert at Energy Community, Regulatory Board said that it is a challenge itself to list the priorities Kosovo should have.
However, he stated that all 6 contracting parties will deliver their plans to the Secretariat by the end of the year. The ECRB expects the countries to deliver draft plans that will include targets that are proactively pushed by the countries themselves.
Dardan Abazi continued the discussion as a civil society representative sharing civil society perspectives on the green deal.

U nastavku diskusije o zelenom sporazumu, u vezi sa prioritetima koje treba imati Kosovo, Arben Kllokoqi, stručnjak za električnu energiju u odboru Regulatora energetske zajednice, rekao je da je sam po sebi izazov da rangirate prednosti koje Kosovo treba da ima.
Međutim, on je izjavio da ugovorne strane treba da dostave svoje planove Sekretarijatu do kraja godine. ECRB očekuje da zemlje predstavljaju nacrt planove, na kojima same ciljeve podstiču same zemlje.
Dardan Abazi je nastavio diskusiju kao predstavnik civilnog društva, deleći perspektive civilnog društva o zelenom sporazumu.
